Free trade agreement negotiations deepens Ukraine and Israel partnership

Ukraine and Israel have agreed to sign an agreement on free trade zone in the first half of 2016, said the Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko after talks with Israeli leaders.


President of Ukraine and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed a range of issues of bilateral cooperation and coordination of the two countries in international organizations. Overall appreciating his visit, the President of Ukraine said that it is very good: "We were able to build a relationship of trust."

He also noted that the visa-free regime between Ukraine and Israel played a positive role in the intensification of relations between our countries, "Visa-free regime with Israel has justified itself, and the same fate is waiting for a visa-free regime between Ukraine and the European Union", - said Poroshenko.
